Mr. Vaughn has been a practicing trial lawyer since 1999. His area of practice includes criminal law, family law that includes custody and visitation, child support and spousal support, divorce, adoption, DUI/traffic infractions, juvenile law, personal injury and estate planning.

Mr. Vaughn received his B.A. degree from the University of Georgia in 1996 in Economics, and he was a Presidential Scholar.  He received his J.D. degree from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham in 1999 as an honor student.

Mr. Vaughn is active in pro bono work in the Chesterfield Victim Witness Program representing victims of domestic violence in protective order proceedings.  He also handles guardian ad litem cases.
